Shipping policy

Please note our shipping does vary throughout the year, especially in these slightly turbulent postal times. In the summer festival season we endeavour to send out UK orders from Bristol within 1-3 days of receiving your order. You should receive your outfit within a week ordering. Occasionally we will not have the item in stock and it will be sent directly from our tailors in Bangkok. If we have your order in stock it will be posted by DHL Express and you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 days. If we have to make it please allow 10-14 days for your item to arrive. 

If you are ordering from anywhere else in the world, we will be sending your order directly from our tailors in Bangkok via DHL Express. Most items we will have in stock and hope to send out with 1-5 days of receiving your order, the post usually takes between 3 - 5 days. If we do not have your item in stock you will be notified and an extra week will be needed to make your garment. 

For custom orders please allow 2 weeks to make your item and a week for posting. If you need your item earlier please order Express shipping and we will do our best to expedite your order.

If you require your outfit for a particular date please do drop us a note with your order and we will ensure you receive it by then. Otherwise please be patient with us, we do our best to get everyones outfits made and sent as soon as possible, we know how important they are to you and your event. We have no control over shipping delays or customs charges I'm afraid!
