Please allow time for your delivery, our items are handmade and do take time to make! We believe in, and practice slow fashion to prevent overproduction, ensure environmental sustainability and to promote healthy and fair working conditions for our tailors.
We aim to make and post your items within a week, the delivery time is up to another week using Express post directly from Bangkok. Your garment is sent using tracked post and you will receive a notification and tracking number once it has been sent. You will receive your items within two weeks of your order.
If you require an item sooner please get in touch. We do have most items in stock which we can send out immediately. Message us with the date you require your item and we can advise on whether we have it available and the cost of express shipping before you order.
We want you to LOVE your item, wear it forever and be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you are not, please get in touch with us via email and we can arrange a return within 14 days of receipt of the item. Or we are happy to exchange for a different colour or size, or issue a credit note. You will need to return the item at your own cost.
If you are outside the UK you will need to fill out a customs form. Please ensure you write ‘Returned Goods’ on your package as we can’t cover import tax and it will need to be deducted from your refund.
Please note the item must be unworn and returned in its original condition. When trying the item on, please do so carefully, making sure you are not wearing make-up, deodorant, or anything else that could leave a stain or odour. If we are not able to resell the item we won’t be able to issue a refund.
Please allow 3-5 working days to process your refund once your item is received.
