We aim to make and ship your items within one week. Delivery time via Express post from Bangkok is an additional week. Your garment will be sent via tracked post and you will receive a notification and tracking number upon shipment. You can expect to receive your order within two weeks of placing it.

If you require an item sooner, please contact us. We do have some items in stock that can be shipped immediately. Kindly message us with the date you need the item and we will let you know if it's available and the cost of express shipping before you place your order.

Our returns policy is simple:

• If you're based in the UK, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or credit note. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• If you're based outside of the UK, you'll need to fill out a customs form and mark the package as "Returned Goods." Please note that any import taxes incurred will be deducted from your refund.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and free from any stains or odors.
• Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund, exchange, or credit note.

Delivery:

We aim to make and post your items within a week, the delivery time is up to another week using Express post directly from Bangkok. Your garment is sent using tracked post and you will receive a notification and tracking number once it has been sent. You will receive your items within two weeks of your order.

If you require an item sooner please get in touch. We do have some items in stock which we can send out immediately. Message us with the date you require your item and we can advise on whether we have it available and the cost of express shipping before you order.

Returns: 

We want you to LOVE your item, wear it forever and be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you are not, please get in touch with us via email and we can arrange a return within 14 days of receipt of the item. Or we are happy to exchange for a different colour or size, or issue a credit note. You will need to return the item at your own cost. 

If you are outside the UK you will need to fill out a customs form. Please ensure you write ‘Returned Goods’ on your package as we can’t cover import tax and it will need to be deducted from your refund. 

Please note the item must be unworn and returned in its original condition. When trying the item on, please do so carefully, making sure you are not wearing make-up, deodorant, or anything else that could leave a stain or odour. If we are not able to resell the item we won’t be able to issue a refund.

Please allow 3-5 working days to process your refund once your item is received.
